Pick the country and city whose Russian mission is responsible for your lawful residence. Temporary physical presence alone does not establish consular jurisdiction; confirm acceptance with the mission before you submit if you hold a passport issued by Botswana.
No visa is required for holders of an ordinary passport issued by Botswana within the published stay, purpose and passport conditions. Trips outside those conditions require the appropriate regular visa and its category-specific supporting documents.
Always verify current requirements with official sources before applying or travelling.
Holders of an ordinary passport issued by Botswana may use the published visa-free route for up to 30 days. The route remains subject to the passport, purpose and other conditions shown in the linked current rule. Current condition: Безвизовой режим для сотрудников, аккредитованных в Госпротоколе МИД России
