Payments & Refunds
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This page explains the role of RussianVisa.co in relation to payments, and how refunds are handled where services are offered.
1. RussianVisa.co is an information guide
The guides, country pages and tools on RussianVisa.co are free to read. We do not charge you to access visa information.
2. Third-party services
Where we link to visa-support or invitation-letter providers, any payment is made directly to that third-party provider under their own terms. RussianVisa.co does not process those payments.
Pricing shown on the site (for example, 'invitation letters from ~USD 19') is indicative and set by the provider; confirm the current price at checkout with the provider.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility for any paid service is determined by the provider that supplied it. If you purchased an invitation letter or other service through a linked provider, refund requests should be directed to that provider.
If you believe a linked provider has treated you unfairly, let us know at support@ivisa.ru and we will review the partnership.
4. Government fees are non-refundable
Consular and visa-centre fees paid to the Russian authorities or their authorised centres are governed by those bodies and are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted.
RussianVisa.co is an independent informational guide and not a government website. Always confirm current requirements with the official Russian MFA and your serving consulate.
