Important Note for Indian Citizens
Indian citizens are classified as a "restricted country" for visa invitation purposes. This means the invitation costs more (from $70 instead of $18) and requires additional verification by the Russian tour operator. This is due to stricter immigration controls, not a reflection of approval chances — the vast majority of Indian applications are approved.
